Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application "Fastivo" ("App") provided by crelve ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Article 1. Application

These Terms apply to all relationships between us and users regarding use of the App.

Article 2. Description of Service

Fastivo provides the following features:

• Intermittent fasting timer with multiple protocols (16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD)
• Fasting history calendar and statistics
• Fasting reminders and push notifications
• Premium subscription with ad-free experience and additional features

Article 3. Account Management

You are responsible for properly managing your account information. You may not transfer or lend your account to any third party.

Article 4. Subscription and Billing

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refund is provided for the unused portion of a current subscription period upon cancellation
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased

Article 5. Prohibited Activities

You shall not:

1. Violate any laws or regulations
2. Infringe on intellectual property rights of us or third parties
3. Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
4. Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems
5. Use the App for any commercial purpose without our consent
6. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
7. Collect personal information of other users
8. Engage in any activity we deem inappropriate

Article 6. Suspension of Service

We may suspend or interrupt the App without prior notice for:

1. System maintenance or updates
2. Force majeure events (earthquakes, natural disasters, power outages)
3. Technical failures
4. Any other circumstances where we determine it is necessary

Article 7. Usage Restrictions and Account Termination

We may restrict or terminate your account without notice if you:

1. Violate any provision of these Terms
2. Provide false registration information
3. Use the App in a manner we deem inappropriate

Article 8. Health Disclaimer

Fastivo is a fasting timer and tracking application. It is not medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fasting regimen, especially if you have any medical conditions. We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from use of the App.

Article 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that the App is free from defects, errors, or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the App, except in cases of our intentional or gross negligence.

Article 10. Changes to Service

We may change, add, or discontinue App features with prior notice to users.

Article 11. Changes to Terms

We may change these Terms when necessary. Revised Terms take effect when posted in the App.

Article 12. Personal Information

Personal information obtained through the App is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes regarding the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the location of our principal office.
