3.1 AI Features and Data Sent to a Third-Party AI Service

What is sent. When you use an AI feature, the text you type into that feature and any image you explicitly choose to attach are sent from your device to the Gemini AI service operated by Google LLC, through Firebase AI Logic. Your name, email address, contacts, location and device identifiers are not included in these requests.

How it is collected and used. The data is collected only at the moment you submit a request in an AI feature, and it is used solely to generate and return the response you asked for. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.

Your permission. The App asks for your explicit permission before any data is sent to this service. AI features stay disabled unless you agree, and the rest of the App works normally if you decline. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings screen.

Third-party protection. Google processes this data as our service provider under the Firebase and Google Cloud terms, which require it to protect the data to a standard equivalent to the one described in this Privacy Policy.

4. Health Data

Fastivo may collect health-related data such as fasting durations and body weight. This data is:

• Used solely to provide and improve the App's features
• Not shared with third parties except as described in Section 3
• Stored securely using Firebase infrastructure

5. Advertising

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use device identifiers and usage data to serve personalized ads. Premium subscribers do not see ads.

On iOS 14.5 and later, we request App Tracking Transparency permission before serving personalized ads. You may decline without affecting core App functionality.

6. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:

1. With your consent
2. When required by law
3. When necessary to protect life, body, or property
4. With service providers listed in Section 3

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide our services or until you delete your account. After account deletion, personally identifiable information will be deleted within a reasonable period.

We implement industry-standard security measures including Firebase's encryption and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
